I don't really like Herbert, Well he is most wanted by the EPF! So that's why i don't think to much of him, Well i kinda like Klutzy but not Herbert! The EPF can defeat Herbert easily. Well not really Herbert did infulitrate the Secruity System? Who does like Herbert? That's what i thought nobody!
